Terms and Conditions for the Highstone Global University Full Scholarship Program

Welcome to the Highstone Global University Full Scholarship Program! To ensure clarity and transparency, please carefully review the following terms and conditions. By participating in this scholarship program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

  • This scholarship is open to prospective students applying for Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Associate Degree, Masters, and PhD programs.
  • The scholarship does not cover Bachelor’s Degree programs.

2. Fee Structure

  • Registration: $100

  • Acceptance/Conference Fee: $350

  • Administrative Fee: $500

  • Dissertation/Defense Fee: $100

  • Supervision (Advisor) Fee: $150

  • Certification: $250

  • Transcripts: $250

  • Webinars: $180

  • Convocation: $150

  • Registration: $100

  • Acceptance/Conference Fee: $150

  • Administrative Fee: (Evaluated based on student’s academic discipline)

  • Dissertation/Defense Fee: $100

3. Program Limitations

  • The Full Scholarship is exclusively available for the following programs:
    • Diploma
    • Associate Degree
    • Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
    • Masters
    • PhD
  • Bachelor’s Degree programs are not covered under this scholarship.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments, including the acceptance fee, certification fees, and optional transcript fees, must be made in full before the respective deadlines to maintain your eligibility for certification and graduation.

5. Refund Policy

  • All fees, including the acceptance fee, certification fees, and transcript fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Program Duration

  • Students are expected to complete their programs within the stipulated time frame as per the university’s academic guidelines. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis but may incur additional fees.

7. Termination of Scholarship

  • The scholarship may be revoked if a student fails to comply with the university’s academic and conduct standards. In such cases, the student will be responsible for paying the full tuition fees for the remainder of the program.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Highstone Global University reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes through official university communication channels.
