Administrative Fees (Mandatory Levy)

While tuition is free, all enrolled students are required to pay a one-time Administrative Fee per programme level. This mandatory levy covers registration processing, digital learning materials, student records management, certification, transcripts, and convocation arrangements. The Administrative Fee is assessed per programme level and is communicated to each student at the point of admission.

How to Pay

All administrative fee payments and financial enquiries are handled directly through our Financial Aid Office. Our team will respond with a detailed breakdown tailored to your programme and circumstances.

At Highstone Global University, we believe financial circumstances should never stand between a motivated student and a quality education. Administrative Fee Support

Students who face genuine difficulty meeting the Administrative Fee may apply for a fee waiver, instalment plan, or extended payment schedule. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our Financial Aid Office.

How to Apply for Support

To request administrative fee support, send an email to financial.aid@hgu.university with the subject line 'Fee Support Request'. Include your full name, programme of study, and a brief explanation of your circumstances. Our team will review your request and respond with available options.

Payment Plans

HGU offers flexible instalment plans for the Administrative Fee, allowing students to spread payments across the duration of their programme. Contact our Financial Aid Office to discuss a plan that works for your budget.
